We never hide your review link.

Some review tools only send the Google link to customers who rate you highly, and quietly route unhappy customers somewhere else. That practice is called review gating, and it violates Google's policies — it can get your reviews removed or your profile penalized.Hex Reviews doesn't do that. Every customer gets the same public review link, regardless of how they rate their visit. Hex Reviews is run by Colin Brennan, based in Portland, Oregon. It's a small operation on purpose — you deal with the person who builds and runs your system, not a support queue.Big review platforms charge several times as much and hand you a login. We set the whole thing up for you, make sure it works, and stay reachable by text or email when something needs to change.Hex Reviews is a registered assumed business name in the State of Oregon.

About our text messages

Who sends the messages. Review request messages are sent by Hex Reviews on behalf of the business you visited. The business is identified by name in every message.What the messages are. After your appointment, you may receive a message asking how your visit went, followed by a message containing a link to leave a public Google review for that business. These are service-related follow-up messages. We do not send marketing or promotional offers.How often. Up to 2 messages per visit.How you opt in. Consent is collected by the business at the time of booking or in person, through a clearly marked optional checkbox or written notice. Agreeing to receive text messages is never required to book an appointment or receive service.How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
